VoIP application for Android reroutes international calls for much cheaper rates

Filed under: Technology — coretron @ 8:47 am

VOXOFONE has released a voice over ip program for Android. It runs in the background and intercepts your international calls and gives you the option to use the VoIP (it lists the rate) or directly call them. It also detects when you are using your phone in another country and offers VoIP rather than paying ungodly international roaming fees.

I’m not sure, but it looks like this isn’t the solution for unlimited local calling over VoIP, it only intercepts international and roaming calls.

  1. Its like you read my mind! You appear to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.
I think that you could do with a few pics to drive the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is
magnificent blog. A fantastic read. I’ll certainly be back.
