Looking for Ultimate RSS torrent program …

Filed under: Technology — coretron @ 3:06 am

You can already set up a torrent program to automatically download all the episodes of a tv show and have it continue download new episodes as the come out. I do it through a site called tvrss.net which you gives rss feeds of an impressive number of tv shows which you can have a torrent program download. Then you need another program to play them. This really is the best way to pirate tv as the shows download themselves automatically, usually right after they air.

I want a program where a user can easily browse or search through every tv show and then with one click have the program download either every episode or only a certain season or even just new episodes. Think of how podcasts work on iTunes, thats how I want rss feeds to work with torrents. Does such a program exist? I don’t think it does. Maybe I’ll make it…

The Xbox Media Center program for the modded original xbox is an ideal companion for this program. Aside from begin able to easily browse your tv shows with screen shots and episode descriptions for most episodes, it can also keep track of what episode of a series you haven’t seen yet.
